“This course is centered around three key words, crisis, craft, and imagination. At the beginning of the semester I was confused on what these words meant and why they were together. With our readings and in class discussions I have grown to learn more about these words and the deeper meaning they hold not only to myself but in the world and my education as a whole. This course has taught me to think differently to try and find the importance in these words and life in general.”

“This course has helped me become a different kind of thinker. Before I wouldn't put much thought into school work or in what I was doing for that matter. But this course has taught me to dive deeper into texts and the world to find a deeper meaning in life. This course has affected my sense of the world and myself by enlightening my understanding of the human condition. We are encouraged to produce non-traditional or non-conventional responses and projects in a way that has changed my perspective on the education I am receiving and why I am receiving it.
